After a mandatory 10-minute safety briefing and optional high-five, racers can put their karts’ 12-horsepower engines, hand-built chassis, and Bridgestone racing tires to the test as they zoom past red-and-white borders on an indoor, European-style track designed by Formula 1 professionals. Though standard racers’ speeds are capped at 22 miles per hour, license-toting high-performance racers can enjoy unrestricted speeds of up to 30 miles per hour.
