J&R is taking preorders for Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1″ Android Tablet 16GB for $499.99 and the 32GB version for $599.99 for a limited time. The Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1″ is expected to ship in early June.

The Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1″ Android Tablet is slated to be the thinnest (1/2 inch) and lightest (1.25-pounds) large screen tablet. It features a 1GHz Dual Core NVIDIA Tegra 2 Processor, 1GB RAM, WXGA 1280 by 800 TFT LCD display boasts a Pixel density of 149 pixels-per-inch, 2MP front & 3MP rear camera, 802.11AGN, Bluetooth, GPS, Multi-codec A/V playback, and Android 3.0 Honeycomb.
