Starting today, May 20, 2011 Gotham Bar & Grill is holding their annual “Greenmarket to Gotham” lunch program. Every week, they will be using products from one farm in the Union Square Greenmarket to create a two-course vegetarian menu for $25 for a limited time. $1 from each menu will go to support GROW NYC’s program Grow to Learn.
