Costco has the 512Gb Quest 3 VR Headset with Batman: Arkham Shadow and $25 promotional gift card for $499 for a limited time. This is the new retail price for the Quest 3 512GB but it seems to be sold out at many retailers currently. They are temporarily bundling Batman: Arkham Shadow for Free and NewEgg is also adding a $25 NewEgg gift card.

Costco has a similar offer but instead of a promotion gift card they are bundling a Meta carry case which is $69.99 value.
