Radio Shack aka The Shack and Best Buy are taking preorders of the HTC EVO 4G Android Smartphone for a limited time. They are both offering the phone for the standard $199.99 on a new or renewal service agreement but without the hassle of mail-in-rebates that Sprint stores are forcing upon it’s customers.
