Turbo Tax is offering it’s 1040EZ and simple tax returns with federal e-file for FREE for a limited time. Deal expires April 15, 2011.

The basic 1040EZ return is completely FREE to prepare and E-File. For taxes returns that are more involved and require a paid version of TurboTax, you can still start in free trial mode all the way to the point of printing or filing before you’ll be required to pay. For the paid versions, they are currently offer $20 to $25 discounts on Deluxe, Premier, and Home & Business versions. The TurboTax site has version-by-version comparison detail so you can quickly identify the version that’s appropriate for you. FREE Federal E-Filing is provide on all versions of Turbo Taxes offerings.
