RUN 3k is a 4-week training program that will take you from being a rollie-pollie couch loafer to a mile-pounding machine in a month. Well ok, you won’t be ready for a marathon—but you’ll actually be able to run AND you’ll enjoy it!
RUN 3k will put you on a schedule of 3 trainings per week, for about 30 minutes each time. 1.5 hours per week of exercise is pretty manageable, even if you’re an extraordinarily busy person, and you’ll find that the convenience of the trainings will make you more excited about your exercise!
