Device trade-in must be in good condition to qualify (functioning non cracked screen, no water damage, and with Find My turned off). When doing a trade-in, Sprint will issue you a one-time bill credit for the value of your trade-in device and will make up the difference to up to $800 via monthly bill credits over the course of 30 months. You will need to pay the sales tax on the full cost of the device upon ordering.
