Affinity was a suite of creative apps that’s an alternative to Adobe Creative Suite but was bought by Canva and they have combine the suite into one app and have made it Free to use. A Canva account is required but is also Free. Their iPad apps are also FREE too now.

Affinity has all the studio-grade tools in one app that allows for non-destructive editing from vector to pixel to layouts. Note the more advance AI tools like Generative Fill will require a Canva premium plan.
