There is FREE bike rentals at the South Street Seaport until September 30, 2009. Free rentals are offered everyday and are limited to 30 bikes, rented out in three sessions throughout the day: 9:30am; 12:30pm; 3:30pm.

There’s nothing like a bike trip along the spectacular waterfront of New York City, and the Alliance for Downtown New York wants to make sure workers, residents and visitors alike can have the opportunity to go for a ride. Pick up one of 30 free bikes from the South Street Seaport for a day of fun as part of this summer-long program.
